Reliability
The LUS Powered Network uses "Best Practices" and Best of Breed solutions to maximize reliability. We also monitor and manage the SONET-based infrastructure 24x7x365 to predict and prevent network failures so you don’t have to. In the rare instance of failure, our problem resolution procedure focuses on finding solutions, not pointing blame. LUS Powered Network has taken extraordinary precautions to provide the redundancy, reliability and scalability to exceed expectations.

Wholesale customers will receive some of the most competitive rates available. A LUS Powered Network representative will meet with you to negotiate a contract based on the type and amount of services you need.

For more than 100 years, LUS has supported and helped Lafayette, Louisiana grow and develop. The LUS Powered Network 96-strand backbone spans 65 miles throughout the City of Lafayette. The Network runs along major corridors and reaches within one mile of most business and residential areas of the city. With us, you won’t have to worry if we’ll be in business, or lose sleep wondering if your network is still on.

At LUS Powered Network, we sell exclusively to wholesale customers - CLECs, ISPs, and the local governmental and educational agencies who request our services in quantity.
