Wholesale Customer Trouble Reporting
When reporting service issues simply follow these steps:
Call the LUS NOC at 1-800-804-0467
If the support representative assisting you cannot resolve the issue during your initial call, the representative will open a trouble ticket and provide you with a ticket number. Provide this ticket number when communicating with the NOC representative relating to this issue.
Once a ticket is opened, you will be able to monitor the progress of the problem resolution, escalate the ticket, and/or provide input as necessary. Your NOC representative will keep you apprised of the status of your trouble ticket on a regular basis. If resolution of your problem is not progressing in an acceptable manner, the representative will escalate your ticket according to the guidelines established in the Service Level Agreement, based on the severity of your trouble.
